Meet Bryony Brodzig, Your Dog Trainer

Brodzig's Dog Training was born from one extraordinary partnership.

Bryony, a mother of two living with a chronic illness, knows first-hand the incredible difference a well-trained dog can make. In 2021, a tiny French Bulldog named Giles joined the family. While he quickly became a much-loved companion, Giles had an even greater purpose—to become Bryony's Assistance Dog.

Although Bryony had grown up around dogs and studied animal care, including behaviour and training theory, it was training Giles that ignited her true passion. Determined to give him the very best start, she immersed herself in the latest science-based, positive training methods. That passion soon led to a training position with the fantastic Canine Allies, where she received expert mentorship and  gained counited formal education through accredited the dog training college.

In February 2025, Giles officially qualified as a Fully Trained Assistance Dog, marking the culmination of years of dedication, learning, and teamwork. Alongside Giles, Bryony developed the skills, knowledge, and experience to support both assistance dog partnerships and pet dog owners alike.

With Giles helping to manage her health and giving her the confidence and independence to access the world again, Bryony founded Brodzig's Dog Training in 2025. Today, her mission is simple: to help owners build happy, confident, and rewarding relationships with their dogs using kind, effective, and evidence-based training methods.
